Lelievre
About Lelievre
Established in 1914, Maison Lelièvre was founded by Henri Lelièvre after acquiring Maison Piquéé and Logerot. Following Henri's untimely passing in 1935, leadership transitioned to Madeleine Lelièvre until her son, Paul Lelièvre, assumed control in 1942. Under Paul's stewardship, Maison Lelièvre embarked on a path of innovation, notably pioneering the development of silk velvets. This marked a significant milestone in the company's journey, solidifying its reputation for exquisite craftsmanship and luxurious textiles.
In 1985, Maison Lelièvre began distributing Alcantara exclusively in France, further enhancing its portfolio of luxury fabrics. The collaboration with Jean Paul Gaultier in 2012 introduced a groundbreaking collection, pushing the boundaries of creativity. Continuing its tradition of excellence, Maison Lelièvre exclusively distributed House of Hackney in France in 2017, further expanding its influence and commitment to offering exceptional designs to its clientele.
Throughout four generations, Maison Lelièvre has remained committed to upholding French tradition and expertise. Rooted in a legacy of excellence dating back to its founding, the company continues to push boundaries and redefine luxury in the world of fabrics.
